Project “Effective Electronic Access to Court Decisions”
Project results:
- Lithuanian case law is now accessible via the e-Justice portal, with an integration interface created with the LITEKO system. From now on, case law is more easily accessible at the international level: it is possible to find a court decision from a country that has implemented ECLI. Each court decision is identified by a country code, court, year of the decision, and a unique number.
- Additionally, during the project, a comparative analysis of foreign practices was conducted, a technical specification was prepared, and training materials were developed. These are available here:
